RETURN POLICY

The return or retraction period is fifteen (15) business days from the date of receipt of your order. During this period, the Customer can return, on his own, without any penalty, the products that do not suit him.

In this case, the Client can choose between the refund of the amount paid for the products to be returned or the exchange of the products to be returned. The products must be in good condition, must not have been opened and must be in their original packaging, as they were delivered by THE SELLER.

Before making any return, the customer must contact our customer service department by e-mail or telephone, so that we can take note of their return and be able to receive it correctly.

In any case, the expenses and risks of returns are the responsibility of the customer. Returns will be made at the SELLER'S ADDRESS.
